COMPENSATION

In the event of any violation of any right that an individual has, the individual has the right to
request that this right be reinstated from the person, institution or state causing the
violation. This right in the Constitution is recognized by each individual. Each of the rights
violations is a matter of compensation individually. In the case of wrong diagnosis and
treatment in a hospital and thus to have loss of work or injury due to a disability, injury in a
traffic accident or loss of a relative but has no fault of its own, an attack on personality rights
in society, prison due to unjust arrest and later to be released are the examples for the
violation of rights that victims can demand compensation.
